I have a small piece of property in south central New Mexico that has a well, creek, and springs on it.  Power, phone and internet to property. 28' by 56' double wide, outbuilding with root cellar, and composting toilet. Would make nice homestead. Priced well below market evaluation. Move in ready.

Price has just been reduced to $59,000

Price has been reduced to $53,000. I just don't have time to maintain two properties, my loss, your gain. You won't find a lot for this price range in the southwest with running surface water AND SPRINGS for this price let alone something move in ready!
