The Ten Hour Homestead An Online Course for Homesteaders, Food Growers, and Chicken Lovers Alike!
**Registration for this course has closed - stay tuned for dates for the next one, and check out the Permaculture Chickens Videos here.**
Our pal Justin Rhodes has been selling his PermacultureChickens DVD set for a while now, but has recently overhauled his stuff to include an online course, complete with live tutoring sessions!
Rather than just give you the information and turn you loose, this course focuses not just on raising chickens, but on raising most of your own food, and using your chickens to cut your work down to a minimal input.
In this course, Justin will show you how he raises most of his family's food in just 10 hours of homesteading work a week, putting his chickens to work, employing some crafty strategies, and doing some serious function stacking so that every system feeds another.
Here's a quick rundown of what comes with the full course:

How to Grow 75% of Your Own Food In 100 Days and "The Tools And Supplies of the 10 Hour Homestead" Video Workshops

Phew! Holy cow - I think that about covers it. Basically, it's just the ultimate crash course in the permaculture chickens, growing your own food, I'm-too-busy-for-this-noise way of life. You get it all done, and you still have time for family, work, and recreating.
Meet the Teacher: Justin Rhodes
Justin isn't just some guy that showed up around here - he has a serious following for his work in creating more sustainable, permaculture solutions to raising backyard chickens. I love this guy's videos - he puts everything in such a nice, easy to understand format that makes sense, and he's not some hifalutin salesman - he's a family man, a homesteader, and an entrepreneur (yea, this guy must be so freaking busy!).
You can follow the chronicles of the Rhodes Family on their various outpourings of content (which are information rich, and very regularly updated):
