Hey everyone, I've been a long time reader of this website but this is my first time posting. I wanted to share my housing project, Ramboland with you all. I'm trying to create some buzz for the crowdfunding campaign. It's a net-positive off grid home optimized for wheelchair accessibility that will be owned by a nonprofit and always leased out at cost to individuals who can utilize the home. It will have all the systems you would expect from a cutting edge home including rain water collection, energy production, greywater, black water, and irrigation systems and even backyard waste water treatment that we received special permission from the mayor for.
