Design & Creation of a Silvopasture for Sheep in Climate Zone 8B

Hello,
I am an intern for Blackwood (a not-for-profit educational land institute).  [http://blackwoodland.org/]

The company was recently gifted 10 acres of wooded land that we plan to raise sheep on.  

I have yet to take any permaculture design courses, and I would like some help designing this land.
