Seeking to tow out and park 25' vintage camper near or around eastern WV

The camper needs some TLC and work. I have a plan for how to take care of it, just need the space to do so, as I'm parked temporarily on public land.

I'd really like to keep it local, within a 10-30 mile radius, not too far out from Elkins, WV.

If you'd like a work exchange, we can talk as well. I need help not only parking the camper but also towing it out from where it is. It's a flat run, so not too bad.

Sandra, did you ever find something?  This idea is interesting to me.  Wanted to know if you had any success.  We are trying to get back to the area (North-central or central WV).
