Starting up 30 acre homestead soon (from an unimproved 30 acre forest with a few acre field (currently overgrown) at the bottom) Hoping for some help and suggestions as needed as well as overall mentorship to learn how to become self sufficient homesteaders.

Tennessee (We found 30 acres in western TN we could afford, but the state is about half building codes half not. can find it here:
