Chickens feed/permaculture in NGO Philippines

Hello,
I am actually in an amazing place named Gawad Kalinga Enchanted Farm in the Philippines. We have many permacultures but we are not yet using the farm's productions to nourish the chickens. Could you tell me what vegetables fruits and plants are good for them?Mostly I would also like to know which vegetables or fruits leaves can be fed to them and which herbs or leaves in general.Thank you for your help!!
