I want to start a mini grain mill for livestock feeding. Ideally I want to store grains on farm I buy off farm in bulk, sprout the grains and feed them into a PTO powered grain pulverizer of some sort. Do any of these allow for the use of wet sprouted grain? Would a new grinder mixer work?

How much do 5 to 10 ton grain hoppers cost? Are they commonly available used?

Anyone help me by posting some products that I might be able to use?
Stationary electric models or perhaps even bicycle powered could be useful as well.
