Will they be offering another course this summer either in Tampa or elsewhere in FL?

Yes, we'll be offering courses in Gainesville in Aug/Sept, and Sarasota and Tampa in the fall, and early 2012 (dates to be determined yet).  Keep an eye on our web site where we will announce them, or sign up for our newsletter via the site (very low volume).  permacultureguild.us
