Hello everyone!  I have started a building in southern illinois and am looking for someone to stay on the property and keep the weeds and trees down around the foundation.  There is water power and septic available if wanted, and  the guts of a rocket mass heater.  One finished 12 by 20 building and one 10 by 12 storage shed, and a woodshed and tool shed.  Mature trees and a fenced garden area or goat pen.  Ideally someone who can pay the property taxes will be there for a few years maybe.  
Five minutes from carbondale illinois near giant city state park.  lots of tools onsite.  Wanna build something?  Light clay, cob, straw bales?  Cordwood?
