Will pumpkins grow well between wine grape vines?

Yes but the pumpkin vines may be an issue later in the year when you want to work with and on the grape vines. And pumpkin vines do not like to be stepped on.

I wouldn't do that. Pumpkins are very aggressive and they might damage the vines. Grow parsley and something tidy underneath.
