We would like to find a family or group who really wants to take this beautiful farm and "run with it" .   This farm has around 1300  fully established blueberry plants, with approximately 700 younger plants. Also, a 3000 sq ft. asparagus patch, peach orchard (15 trees),  herb garden (over 30 varieties) with limestone waterfall,  2 apple trees and 2 pear trees,  2 irrigation ponds (more than sufficient as proven during year long drought  a few years ago), and 1 watering pond.  Also have a winter proof, gravity fed livestock waterer.  Approximately 24 additional acres of grazing land that is fully fenced with newer woven wire.   House is bermed (partially underground) has no water problems.  It is approximately 1,100 square ft.   The irrigation system for the blueberries is fully automated and requires little maintenance.   Many other things that could be said.   Although my wife and I are living off of the blueberry production, we are getting along in age and would like a family or group that believes in running the business by high ethical standards and who has a vision for what it can become.  We have an outstanding reputation in the community and with the local chamber of commerce, and with local "off grid" communities.   We do courtesy tours every year for various groups.   This is the only u-pick blueberry farm in a large area and just 5 miles from Kirksville Mo, a town of 17,000 people with 1 university, and a medical, and dental school.  This business's production and customer base continues to rise from year to year.   There are many newer plants coming on as well as the older plants (6-12 years old).  For more information you can visit our web site at: www.lostbranchblueberries.com, visit our facebook page, or e-mail us at rpriceblue@gmail.com
