Hi Folks,

I'm new to the forums but am active on reddit, and the PRI forums a little as well.  I'm running a permaculture project (it has other aspects as well) in Saudi Arabia.  So far we have finished the earthworks on a demonstration site, but you can see an outline of what we hope to accomplish at http://www.permacultureglobal.com/projects/286-al-baydha-project, and see some videos of our site and local working team that i'm training at youtube.com/users/albaydha.

Anyway we're also actively looking for the right plot of land to buy in the US once we're done here in Saudi (which will probably be in 5 years) and coming up with different options for the kind of places we'd build if we were in the Southwest as opposed to the Pacific NW, etc.

I love reading through the posts on here and learning from all of you.
