looking for organic tenant

I have 117 acres in North Central Missouri (Linn County) that was in CRP for 30 years. I am looking for a tenant committed to stewardship of land. Property has approximately 90 tillable acres, creek, and 5 ponds.

What does the "position" require?  How soon are you looking to get someone there?  Is this for a single or a couple?
