It is a very lovely, relaxing place they have created over many years, with a big covered lanai overlooking a large pond, from which I've caught and grilled Tilapia with a bamboo jigging pole.
As described, a bunch of mature tropical fruit trees, chicken facilities, 'ohana unit towards the back, artists' studio, big carport, pantry/storage/solar power/pump shed.
Super open airy main house, very high ceilings, single wall construction.
Also solar hot water, propane backup, which they forgot to mention, but you can see the collector panels in the second picture.
