The Transition Philadelphia group I am involved with is hosting a Permaculture event with the Eastern PA Permaculture Guild. We're looking to have a skillshare around permaculture and food or doing an activity to help people begin thinking "permaculturally."

What do you think we should cover? Do you know of any online permaculture teaching resources?

I was considering doing no-till gardening to teach about building soil.

Thanks in advance.
