Searching for Permaculture Courses/Experiences abroad

Hello everyone,

I'm 19 years old looking for some real life learning experiences involved with farming, permaculture, eco-design; sustainability.

I'm hoping to spend time in spain, and latin america for 3-8 months. If there are any places you guys could suggest to me, or sites to look at I'd really appreciate it.

I have a lot of time, and am very eager to get out there doing things. I don't need to be paid for whatever I do, just a place to live and food to eat.
