About to graduate from a lib arts college w degree in environmental studies and sociology. Really want to learn everything from fundamentals to value added food production and the like. Have begun looking at programs but I was wondering if anyone knew of any programs that they have found rewarding.
It seems that a lot of the programs are so different from one another because each place is run by a different group of people. Each different institution is just utilizing what they consider to be optimum procedure and that will be obviously different from region to region.
Should I look into the programs in my area or is there an institution across the country that is the most objective, ideal place to learn about permaculture.
I live in Vermont btw.
