Planning is well underway for the 2011 NW Permaculture Convergence (October 14-16). We'll be at the Columbia County Fairgrounds, just 30 min from PDX. We'll have camping onsite and a general village/festival atmosphere: permaculture presentations, workshops, story-telling, music-making, dancing, networking and much more! Registration will begin in the third week of July and info is forthcoming on our panels and calls for presenters and workshops.

A permaculturist with experience working with kids and permaculture is sought to:
- Design and manage a fun, safe, active and appropriate, Permaculture-based program at the convergence for children and youth ages 4 to 12.
- Recruit and manage volunteers and work-traders who have been assigned to the children’s program.
This position comes with a stipend of $250 and 2 complimentary passes for admittance/camping/parking at the 2011 Convergence.
