I have 20 acres in southwest New Mexico that I would like to either sell or live. I was thinking of building 2-3 cob houses there, but need some other people that would live there as well, to share cost of drilling well, power, etc. I am willing to sell smaller parcels of this (I was thinking 2-3 acres) to other people, that way everyone will own their own piece.
