Eat local throughout the year without spending a fortune.  Whether you are buying bulk on sale or simply can’t eat your abundant broccoli harvest right now, you will learn simple tips and techniques to preserve fresh produce to enjoy in the future.  This fun and interactive class will show you how easy it is to dry and freeze fruits and vegetables with supplies you have on hand.  You will leave with the skills and experience you need to take advantage of the tasty produce that’s abundantly available at the height of the season!
COST: $45 or $35 for Seattle Tilth members.  Advance registration and payment are required.
