Hello,  I'm the owner of this property.  I'm actually going to actively keep working this land building terraces and raised beds until it's sold.  This land is perfect for a self-sustaining world, but the mortgage is getting to be a bit much.  I bought the property 3 years ago.  It's off grid power, and has a solar powered well pump.  I have running water, and hot propane heated water for showers.

It's really a dream come true, but I need a smaller dream...

OBTW... The property is at about 1300ft, so you'll watch eagles, turkey vultures play/hunt all day long.  The view is the best I've seen in this area.
