After years of Pain from spinal injuries suffered in a car accident,a massage therapist friend who
had also suffered crippling back pain in the past told me about the work of Dr. John Sarno.I can't recommend this
approach enough.Look him up online, buy the DVD.Save yourself years of temporary fixes or drug dependence.

Love the tour podcasts.Inspiration farm was so good.
thanks Paul,Jocelyn and crew.
Just a quick follow up on my previous post.
The chipmunks are squirrels are back and munching on everything in sight.
The bone sauce still seems to be repelling the deer.
The chipmunk repulsion was a short term bonus I guess.
Maybe if I keep re applying to the infested areas it will work again next season.

I recently rounded up a couple cast iron cauldrons at a flea market.Got 10 pounds of marrow bones and followed
Sepp's recipe to make some bone sauce.I was having both deer and chipmunk problems with the chipmunks
eating more than the deer.Since I painted my fruit trees and some shrubs with it,nothing has touched anything.
This stuff smells pretty bad and it's not the kind of smell that would attract carrion
eaters either. It has too much of the bar room ashtray mixed with death smell.
Chipmunks had taken over two 4 foot tall hugulkulture beds I put in last year and ate the peas or beans
as they came up.I painted a few short branches with bone sauce and dropped them down their burrow holes.
It worked like a charm and I haven't seen any chipmunks at all since that day.
If you're on the fence about Sepp's bone sauce,I can tell you that it works really well.
Don't get it on any of the leaves though.Any leaves that got bone sauce on them, turned black and died
within a day.

First time poster, long time listener and student.
I've listened to all of your podcasts and find the ones
with Jocylen to be the most enjoyable.I like the natural
chemistry that seems to come from a true respectful friendship.
She also keeps you "on point" when you go off on a rant about
the A holes on the forums or what not.
I love the hugulkulture stuff,
I wouldn't mind seeing something on growing rice in northern climes.
Can you do rice on hugle terraces?
Growing Sepp"s perrenial grain? Where to get seed for it?
Thanks for the heap of work you do,I've gotten tons of inspiration
and laughs listening to your permaculture adventures.
