http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uR-LqOquLZA We have cooked over 130 pizzas in it, stuffed pumpkins, a 22 pound turkey, scalloped potatoes, numerous pies, rolls, etc. We have also fired it as a kiln 5 times to harden parts for stoves and other ovens. We were in Haiti earlier this year and taught people in a little village how to make the ovens. They are now making and selling their own bread. Good luck. Jon and Flip
