Born in early may. Only one of my 3 ladies has this lump down by her feet. It has been there for about a month and seems to be getting larger....is this something to be worried about or is there just some eggs a'brewin?? I hope she is just an early bloomer. Input please!

I love the Missoula Community Food Co-op for many reasons, but I think my favorite is that they do a lot of food research for me. Check out these pictures I took last Sunday, during my three hour workshift. Like the Good Food Store, they also post the purple non-gmo verified labels on products, but they go even further to post the boycott list from the organic consumers association (see: http://ecowatch.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/Prop37-final-11.6.1231.jpg) which shows the companies opposing the right-to-know initiative that would require the labeling of all products contain GMOs. They also post info about the strike at the United Natural Foods, INC distribution center, something i have herd nothing about while shopping at the GFS. I love that the co-op provides this information to me, and there are so many other ways they are awesome.

I was hoping that some other folks could chime in about the reasons they love the co-op. So that it ain't all coming from me...!

Unfortunately there is no official course syllabus available( outlining which topics will be covered on what weekend). This is mainly because the course is almost all full and so i believe skeeters intention is to discourage 'drop in' attendees. What specific topics are you most interested in? Anything other then building? There may still be space if full participation is an option for you. I will let you know if a full week by week schedule comes out.
