My current food as medicine question would be if there are any foods that can be used either topically or eaten that could help get rid of warts. My 12 year old daughter has tons of them all over her hands and is very embarrassed. I'm wondering if it could indicate some deficiency that could be remedied with diet. We've tried duct tape, apple cider vinegar and garlic topically. All have brought down the size of the warts but don't kill them and then they come back and multiply! Any ideas would really be appreciated!
