can anyone suggest a how to step by step video/DVD on building a rocket stove. A book or books would be helpful also.

I have not read through all the posts and articles on the site, so forgive me if this has already been discussed. Are these stoves approved by county/state/insurance codes in any of the states in which they are up and functioning for home heating systems? Might this be a topic included in the DVDs ?
