First and for most - i just checked on the CDC and WHO site - there is no record of a 35% increase of birth deaths - and they would jump at that. I know, i have worked with them and they are great - and yes they are government. - they are some of the most dedicated folks i have ever worked with -.

From what i found, most rhubarb vin agars are white vinegars flavored with well rhubarb.

the problem we have is making a mother from the vinegar ... you might be able to coax one but i dont really know.

The above said i have not seen a mother from anything but a dark (red - brown) vinegar.

plant garlic - then hunt in the fall --- best venison you will ever have.....
