I’m a web developer, designer, publisher and consultant for growth focused individuals and businesses. Badgett Media is my business. My clients are all over the world. Positive local and global change is the highest vision for my work.

Some call me unconventional because I choose to live simply and close to nature in rural areas, yet my entrepreneurial, technological, leadership, and marketing skills are highly developed.

Academically I’m trained in anthropology, philosophy, and sustainable development. I love learning new skills and ideas daily.

For fun I explore the wilderness with my wife, daughters and dogs. We travel the globe too.

Definitely having a serous case of garden/greenhouse/chicken envy! So beautiful. That's what I see when I look at my garden areas. LOL! Someday . . .

Yes I agree. They are really great people and very friendly.

To me they show the power and payoff of persistence, patience, and passion.

Working remotely is a big part of the new paradigm.

I say this not to brag or boast,

but my company did 6 figures in revenue last year helping smart education entrepreneurs sell their courses online.

If you are looking to earn income based on your experience, check out https://lifterlms.com

Cheers,'

Yes to all this ...

-spacious kitchen
-dining/rec room
-fitness/yoga room
-library
-wifi internet
-laundry
-composting toilets/showers
-hot tub or pond
-workshop/tool library
-store w/ produce and sundries (honor system)
-fenced dog park

I would also like to see
- coworking space (where I could have an enclosed quiet room for a phone/internet meeting)
- easy access to propane refill or exchange
- access to running / hiking trails

I would gladly pay $200 - $400 a month.

I agree with the main point here that stating goals gives a false almost subconscious sense of accomplishment,

What I find that works far better is keeping the goals private, and focus on habits that support the goal, which you can publicly announce if you want to.

So I wouldn't announce "I will write a book this year and become a published author"

but I might let people know "I'm installing a habit where I write for 1 hour in the morning as part of my daily morning routine."
