Gorgeous photos! I love Eliot, too. I've read The New Organic book a dozen times.

Definitely having a serous case of garden/greenhouse/chicken envy! So beautiful. That's what I see when I look at my garden areas. LOL! Someday . . .

Yes I agree. They are really great people and very friendly.

To me they show the power and payoff of persistence, patience, and passion.
