Thanks! There is a 5 stall horse barn, run in shed, hay shed with half converted to chicken coop, riding arena, .5 acre pond, shooting range, well, septic, natural gas well, lots of cross fencing to create paddocks, superb garden area, some fruit trees, great neighbors.

We are selling our homestead in KS and moving back home to AL. Our place is for sale and is ready for a great prepper! We share a natural gas well with 4 neighbors, so all utilities except electric and garbage are free. Ive put 4 years of hard work into it as a permaculturist and its really ready to just up and go for the right person.

Hey all

My wife and I have decided to sell our place in KS and move back home to AL. We will be full-time RVing until we find a reason to settle in a specific location. We are primarily looking within 100 miles of Gadsden, excluding the greater Bham metro. Ideally, she will find a gig in music/worship and we will buy some land. Then I can begin transforming it into a full-time permaculture/silvo-pasture business. If anyone knows of any temp/part time permaculture jobs opening up around Feb 2016, please let me know. Im on a military contract in Saudi Arabia writing graduate level curriculum till then, though the wife will be moving in the fall.
