Well, you need 2 things, a product and a customer. Pick a few high value, in demand items in your area that grow well with what you have. I'm not sure what those are but maybe aloe, edible wild flowers, herbs, vegetable starts (like tomatoes or peppers grown from seed, whatever your market likes) etc. Start with a base of those and maybe 1 or 2 "crop" type items. If you look up what Jack Spriko did with ninemile farm it might inspire you. here's a good episode if you like audio.
