Work for housing/food exchange like WWOOF in South America?

Hi,

I'm planning a trip to South America this spring/summer and I was wondering if anyone has info on permaculture farms that provide food and housing in exchange for work in South America?

Does anyone know of farms with a similar ambition of Geoff Lawton's Zaytuna Farm?
