My husband and I are veterans in the IT field and were looking for land to start a homestead with the works. We'll have the best of both worlds!
Since our end goals are the same I think we'd make a good team to get $@!& done! However, we want to do that in Washington and we're moving from Virginia (a place on your preferred list haha) to do so.

Hi! My family is looking to buy 10-20 acres of land near Spokane, WA this year and we would like to build houses and other cob/green buildings on it as well. We have no experience with homesteading/cob building/plumbing/cisterns and we're looking for someone to come out and teach/help us.
