Hi-I want to host a workshop on site here in Nebraska. We have several projects going now but I have a few things I would like to have taught for our area. First would be earthbag construction as I have a few short/small walls I need to build and earthbag would be a great way to do it. Next I would like to build an outdoor pizza oven, stove that is rocket fired. We have an aquaponics, chinese style greenhouse that is almost complete, radiant floor heat to heat the water in the tanks. Currently it will be electric but will move that to solar as soon as possible.

We also have the opportunity to house a workawayer situation. So, if anyone is an educator or knows of someone in those areas please let me know.

Sergei,

Is this different then the one I watched at FMTV? That was a great film. I would love to buy the ebooks also.

rosemary schmidt wrote:I read and re-read here and cannot see anything that would be considered disrespectful unless you feel that my joking about the joking in the email that was sent to me would be taken wrong. If my joking around hits you wrong then rest assured that it was only tongue in cheek the same as Paul does quite often. If it is my post that rankled you then I will discontinue my posting and become a lurker as it would seem apparent that deciphering posts isn't as easy as it should be and I do not ever intend to harm anyone with my typing. Other than my post, I could not see any other post that said or did anything that would be considered disrespectful but instead only informational or questioning so I am assuming you fellas just are very serious people and I should leave all the joking up to Paul.

Hey Rosemary not at all talking about your post. Me? Serious person? Not so much, I was more talking about some of the negative speak on the first page of the thread.
Hi everyone,

I am a teacher, artist and permaculture designer. I have a week long Explore program for kids 5-7th grade at the end of school and I am looking for some more cool projects. I have the kids for three hours each day. I have a variety of projects ready but thought I would ask the super knowledgeable and creative folks here for some ideas. Thanks!

I have to say I am somewhat shocked at the tone and disrespect I have seen in this thread. This is not at all who we are in my opinion. I am typically a lurker and post very little (I think this is my first) but I had to poke my head in here. The kickstarter was laid out nicely and very clear, we knew in advance the whole gig. Each of us chose to support the campaign in what manner we could, many I suspect because there is incredible value in the offerings. The assets we are being given for our support are amazing, how many other campaigns have you seen or personally done where you give/get real value for 5 bucks....like, never most likely. And if you go on up the scale an donate a hundred bucks or more there is very real solid value of WAY more than double that WITHOUT the candy. The candy is a gift, a thank-you.

Finally, if one has followed Paul for any length of time you know he is legit and a man of his word, he is not a deal changer or snake oil salesman so lets be quick to recognize that when challenges come up they will be handled with integrity and we will get exactly what was promised and in most cases even more.

Anyway there is my rant, it just didnt seem like this thread is from the same folks that have generously given so much time in putting information on the forum. Thank-you to Paul and Cassie, thank-you to the other folks that have generously given us access to their proprietary information for supporting this campaign and thank-you to each person that drops by the forum and deposits or withdraws a tidbit of information that helps to make the world a better place.
I know I am late to the party but I am In western Nebraska, North Platte. 1 acre piece in town. Chickens, bees, rabbits, quail. There is a ton of work I still need to do here. Looks like we will be hosting a earthbag workshop summer 2015. Also am beginning work on a 1/4 section north of town. Love to hook up with other Nebraska, Kansas, Colorado permies.
