I did another mailbox search with the corrected spelling:scubbly and still get nothing other than what I noted in my earlier comment.

The emails I sent to Ian garnered me the same response from Ian as John Carius.

I'm curious what email address the token is being sent to me, since everything else seems to be coming through - updates as well as support replies.

I posted last Saturday that I had not received the download token, and I just picked up another email saying the downloads are nearing completion. Unfortunately, I have still not received the email with the token. I get all the other emails, but not the token one. I just emailed Ian at support and admin both at scrubby. Hoping to get this resolved and receive the download token. Thanks!

Hi, I backed your KickStarter Campaign at the $40. level and have yet to receive my token for the digital download in my email inbox, (where I get the campaign updates), or in my spam folder either. Would you please look into this? Also, I see on the website where you're now selling this product to non-kickstarter folks. Will those of us who invested in this project spring 2015 have an opportunity to get our product before competing with the others for download time? Thank you!

I just went back through my "junk" and "deleted" email folders, as well as my inbox and there is nothing there called "Rocket Mass Heater Kickstarter Candy". I have a Hotmail address, and other than that, I don't know.

Again, any help appreciated.

Cassie, no I didn't get that email. As I said, I got #7 and #8, but nothing in between. I was on the forum reading the thread, saw the glitches, and thought it was best just to let you guys work through the issues. By yesterday with the window closing, and with the thread getting overwhelmed, I decided to just mail you.

Cassie, I just found your email and replied. Paul, no I did not request to be in the second group. I started reading this thread early on, and saw there were problems, and so waited thinking things would be resolved and my voice was not needed. Coming back to the thread yesterday, I saw others in in my situation and thought the best course was to email Cassie.

Any help at this point would be much appreciated. Let me know, at least what I need to do for the inner circle for distribution this fall.
