I have a small piece of land (3 acres) and due to a change in plans (Thanks life!) I wont be able to live on it for 10 ish years.
Its pretty raw but hopefully I'll find someone who wants to develop the land following the permies principals. There is a space to live in now but would ideally find someone with natural building experience and we can discuss further wage or trade for looooong term rental. Its in an unincorporated area so no building code! Its all negotiable. I fear offering this as "free" as things often don't end up respected when they are free so I hope to find someone with references also b/c I have no desire to micro manage.
Its a beautiful piece of land with a stream running through it. A small cabin with shower, washer/dryer, propane stove, running gravity fed water system and outhouse, internet (not high speed). There is a small garden dug next to a small greenhouse. There is a chicken coop caged in so no eagles eat your chickens.
The land needs soil building among other things.
I'm outside a very small town (grocery store with beer) and about 45 min from a town of 10000. There is a permaculture Institute not far from my place
