I bought this a few months ago after reading about it at
http://bestfooddehydratorhq.net and I've already made jerky, fruit leathers, and lots of dehydrated fruits. My only issue with it is that it gets very hot. So hot that I think it might actually cook the food a little. Depending on what you're dehydrating that could be a very bad thing. It definitely gets the job done though.
