I once had some crackers made with acorn and barley flour. They were some of the best crackers I have ever had. The person that served them said she also makes bread with this same flour blend and that it is very good. I have tons of oak trees on my small organic farm, so I have plenty of acorns that I know are free from chemicals. Does anyone have a recipe for bread and /or crackers that uses acorn flour or an acorn flour blend? Also, I would like to know if I can just substitute the acorn flour for wheat flour, or do I need to make adjustments to the recipe? Thank you all so much for reading this, Happy Holidays to you all!!
