I've used both the Jersey Railsplitter and Jersey Classic (
Council Axes) and found them both to be workable axes. They are shipped with a handle that probably won't hold up for more than a few months of everyday use, not to mention an aluminum wedge that doesn't allow for grady wedges if the head begins to slip. Expect to do some filing right off the bat to bring the cheeks down if you are doing anything outside of splitting.
I prefer the Classic—mostly for looks.

And I think the cutting edge is a bit longer, but I can't remember for sure.
