It seems to me that there isn't many guide lines around cat control in South Australia. The population of domestic or stray cats are both not regulated. Cat owners are not legally required to de-sex their cats. Cats don't even have to be micro chipped whereas dogs do. I think it is odd that councils aren't making more of an effort to control animals that have such an impact on the environment.
Do other states have more strict rules?
