Holistic home helper offering work trade for private space

I am a 28 years young, queer person of colour, bioregional healer and seed saver. I thrive in off-grid living situations and in modern low tech accommodations. Conscious meat eating non-smoker, seldom alcohol user without pets. I have a lifestyle home business and educate the community about herbal nutrition, medicine and seeds. I have an old technology phone mostly for text messaging, a drivers license, food stamps, no vehicle/bike, no laptop/personal computer. I am willing to get a bus pass, a bike and a library card.
I am looking for a nurturing environment; one that focuses on personal, group, and environmental well-being, personal growth, equal living, and practices zero waste methods. People that value work, the arts, healing and rest.
What I need/want in a home:
Private space: such as studio, cabin, earthship, cottage, tiny house, carriage house, room, basement, suite, garage, attic, recreational vehicle, mobile home; area must have door and have a way to regulate temperature. Shared bathroom, living space, yard and kitchen okay. Ability to have guests over for moonly potlucks and infrequent overnights in personal space. Homestead, Collective, Arts/Event Center, Cooperative, NonProfit, and similar styles of living okay.
Workspace: Gardening, and composting space; established or space I can create. Sub/urban food forest ideal. I need two cabinets or equivalent worth of space out of direct sunlight for dehydrating, preserving, and storing edible and herbal plants and meat. Access to a solar dehydrator or ability to build one is ideal. non-cannabis plants.
Shared resources: library, home telephone for outgoing calls only, transportation, computer, printer; these are additional perks.
Holistic options: large windows, sauna, sunny dry stretch space, privacy yard, gray water usage, elemental energy (wind, solar, hydro, geothermal, wood burning stove), your furry animal(s), hot springs, well/spring water, cold storage/cellar, water feature, massage table, foam mat, juicer, pressure cooker, blender, hot tub. All are added bonuses.

Minimal emotional/psychological support. Sometimes I have low days when understanding and support such as altering the days work tasks or having a private conversation are necessary.

Awareness of your privilege: How you are valued and perceived in American society based on finances, sexual orientation, gender, skin tone, physical and mental ability, biases, sterotypes, language, attitudes, how we got to this Continent (colonizers, first nation peoples, captured and relocated slaves, cheap labour workers).
Ideal neighbourhoods: The Friendly, Jefferson-Westside, Amazon, Whiteaker, River Road, The South Hills, Laurel Hill, Springfield, Eugene and Santa Clara; On bus line and bike-able, near river trail A PLUS. Open to other options if lots of other needs are fulfilled.
Lease options: July trial period okay, 6-12+ months, non-traditional, rent-to-own. Move in this fall; August. Work trade exchange: maximum 33 hours a moonth. Additional paid work at hourly livable wage, $11+, maximum 17 hours a moonth. 50 hours total I can give to a household with clear written agreements.
