My purpose is to start selling my salad dressing at local farmers market and I will make the dressing from my restaurant. Wanted to use plastic bottle but don't know much details about sterilize it before bottle. I could only find out glass bottle sterilization online.

In process of choosing bottle for my salad dressing and need some advise. Which is the pro and con for plastic or glass bottle? Thanks for any help.
