Were you trying to pledge for the 1 physical copy level? If so, is your shipping address in the US?

We ask for addresses later.  

There is a special field in kickstarter where we can write some notes - so we can record stuff there.   But that probably won't be processed at the time that we do all the en masse stuff.  

Jocelyn has some ideas that could smooth things out - but no guarantees.
