Hi Dori, I have an app on my computer https://www.worldtimebuddy.com/ I missed a number of zooms because I was not out of bed in time - problem is now solved.  It is a very easy app to use in my opinion
It is great for not waking relatives up at 2 AM their time as well (Yes I have done it 😂)  Hope this information is useful.

This is by far the funniest job application I have ever filled.
Thanks for this, who ever wrote it (I'm guessing one of the previous assistants that had to re-write it 12 times).

I live in Europe. Central European Time zone.

I'm not sure I understood the time zone for the event.
Might be a good idea to add a link for those who don't live in the US, to calculate the event's time in their own country (here's one website for that: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html)

It looks like a really interesting idea.

Do you know about homesteads only in the US or is there another network in other countries as well?

Have you considered to have in-person workshops to provide hands-on experiences to acquire these skills?
Obviously things now are challenging, but it might also be a good idea.
The ERC had a similar idea but more towards large areas of land. Could be a good collaboration.
