It's a hard ask but, I'd suggest they look like blade/chuck. It would seem to make sense as the cheaper, tough cuts make the tastiest and higher quality curries.
Ha. The Nagas aren't Hindu. Here are some more pics. they split the spine down the middle and gave it to me ribs and all. I am pretty sure I later found the tenderloin, although I don't know which end, really.
