You sound so much like me, I feel like we would be great friends. I've been looking for something like this for my family in the north Texas area.

Is your property still available? My family and I are currently very stuck in the renters rat race and want out, we are looking for a place where we have room to grow, learn and just enjoy life. We don't have a lot to offer financially, however my husband is a teacher and we were maintenance workers at the last apartment we lived at (aka Handy around fixing things up). We would love the opportunity to come look at your property and see if we could help each other out.
