I'm at a crossroads right now about what to do with my (former) farm now that the kids are heading to college, and perusing this site has me remembering all the things that brought me to rural Maine in the first place. Ready to scale back to a homesteading level, after scaling up too much over 30 years. Housesitting is my plan for stepping away and rethinking things for a while. Hope to hear from you.
