I'm offering a free place to live for someone that is able or wants to be able to get by without having an offsite job.  Comfortable home in north east Connecticut, 12 acres just outside city limits, suitable place to live without owning a car.  Retirees welcome.  PM to discuss.

This is a wonderful offer.
Sounds like someone could work on your farmstead woofing style for room and board or is it more of a take over this 12acre farm and take all the profit except 30% or is it a be a security live onsite security guard and I will give you $200/month for utility and $300/month for food.

Hey Bill--I replied via PM (purple moosage), and got an email saying I had a purple moosage in return, but when I go to the purples there's nothing in my In box or Sent box. I dunno what's up with that. But you can email me at ybfhousesitter@gmail.com if you want to connect that way. BTW, I found your message b/c I had a Google alert set for "housesitting," but I am SO glad it helped me discover this site! I'm at a crossroads right now about what to do with my (former) farm now that the kids are heading to college, and perusing this site has me remembering all the things that brought me to rural Maine in the first place. Ready to scale back to a homesteading level, after scaling up too much over 30 years. Housesitting is my plan for stepping away and rethinking things for a while. Hope to hear from you.

It's an offer for a free place to live and if someone is interested we can negotiate from there.

Hi Bill my name is Martha very talented massage therapist able to work with doctors on pain management postural anomalies and living pain free without drugs you get the picture really real massage therapy fixing real problems.
I have always been of the permaculture mindset living in the city is pointless. I purchased land in Tennessee
And want to develop it I have the permits now. I am craving going out to a community and being part of that community as a massage therapist and as someone who works building and tending animals keeping up the homestead I have some building experience I have worked on cars I guess you could say I'm kind of a jack-of-all-trades fast learner a great cook.it sounds like you have a unique opportunity there for individuals such as myself. I am interested in coming out and seeing what you are offering send me a message and let me know if you're interested in having me come do this I know you put your ad in quite some time ago like I said I've been trying to do this all my life one thing or another has kept me from it but I am ready now. Here's my telephone number please feel free to call me 954-773-5404 looking forward to your call Martha.
