Hi folks,

After 15 years, we are selling our duplex at 1041 SE 190th Ave, Portland OR.  Its actually the edge of Gresham.
Its got an ideal setup for big gardens, great sun exposure, and room for lots of folks!

The whole property is 0.2 acres.  Two yards about 45'x 75'.  There's no front yard, so its all in the back and very private.
Huge hedge about 20 feet tall gives superb privacy.

Vacant side has its own 'mother-in-law' apt in the fully finished basement, making that half alone basically a 4 bedroom 2 bath.  Great for extended family!
Plus the 3 bed 1.5 bath that's rented for $1480 which covers most of the loan payment}.

Roof is 6 years young, new water heater, very well cared for.  Built in 1959 so built strong.  Roof has perfect orientation for solar.

Its listed for $399,900.

Hi folks.
Squirrels have got to go, can deliver to you.  For meat/fur, or alive.  We will be catching a bunch of em causing problems at an apt complex with Havahart traps, but thought someone might want them.    I can humanely dispatch them if needed.  Thanks.   503-869-6748 after 11 a.m. only please.

I grew the same green onions for like 5 plus years, maybe 8 years - Just gave em haircuts starting in like February here in the Willamette Valley of Oregon.  Most I started from the root end of store-bought green onions.  And they were going fine until I had to put a ton of dirt on them for a pipe trench.  (Funny how my asparagus grew right thru the dirt!)

Thanks, James!  Very interested in some peach pits, and in the food forest projects!  The peaches do well, do they?   Where are the food forests getting developed?  FYI  My work cell for after 11 am only please is 503 869 674 eight.

I have a small yellow plum tree and a small purple one growing near me (I think they are Mirabelle and Damson but not sure.)
Ive been planting the pits out in the world, along edges, trails, camp grounds, pull outs.
With the idea that 30 years from now, people will have some wild food to eat.  My gift to the future.  From what I gather on these forums, growing plums from pits is good if land space isn't a limit.
I' leading 'Feed the Future' hikes around Portland Oregon, planting these plums.  Got the idea after finding the same yellow plums in Hells Canyon from a 100 year old orchard and enjoying them on a trip.
Any feedback on this endeavor?
